Due to COVID-19 we are offering curbside pick-up and private shopping on Mondays. If either of those options interest you, email or call. Masks must be worn at all times.
ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING:
We ship our merchandise via USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be sent an email that contains a tracking number once your order is shipped.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange on full price items purchased within 7 days in original unworn, unwashed conditions. Online purchases will need to be approved for return before being shipped to us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, sunglasses, apothecary, and beauty.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
COMMONS offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. Adjustments must be requested within 3 days of sale start date. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of store credit only.
